Can I return my order?

Landway stands behind the quality of everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 10 days of purchase.  Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Landway, you can return your item(s) as follows:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Please complete the return form and place it in the package you're returning.
  • Please use the enclosed free shipping label and keep the tracking number for your records. Drop your return into any Fedex locations. If a FREE shipping label was not enclosed, please contact Customer Service at info@landway.com to have one sent to you.

How do I exchange an item?

  • You can exchange your item within 10 days of purchase, please complete the return form and tell us what color/size you want and place it in the package you're returning. Once we received the product you’re returning, we’ll ship out the item.
