Returns

We stand behind the quality of each item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we offer a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

  • Items must be returned unused and unwashed.
  • You must have the original receipt or packing slip proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Please complete the return form and place it in the package you’re returning.
  • Please use the enclosed free shipping label and keep the tracking number for your records. Drop your return at any FedEx location. If your return label was not enclosed, please contact customer service at order@landway.com to have one sent to you.
